Job Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Job Experience: 1-3 Years Experience
Job Eligibility: BE/BTech/BSc/Diploma/Any Graduates
Job Summary:
Candidate should be a BE/BTech/BSc/Diploma/Any Graduates from a recognized university.
Graduate with 2 or more years of relevant experience in IT Support services.
Technical skills on windows and client platforms, networking and peripherals.
ITIL Process working experience.
Customer handling skills.
Language Proficiency in English and operational with regional language.
Job Description:
To provide technical support for desktop Laptop and printers at Client offices.
Follow the process defined for each activity related to IT services.
Make timely escalation for any AFL dependent services.
Provide support in setting up IP Phones and VC equipment as per instructions provide by Client IT.
Provide hands and feet support for Data Center related activities under break fix and services requirements; follow instructions provided by Client representative.
