Candidate should be a Any Graduate from a recognized university.
Prior Voice/Customer Care Experience.
Good Exposure in MS.
1 to 5 Years of International Calling Experience.
Flexibility to work in any shift preferably the early morning shifts.
Flexible to work in night shift.
Job Description:
Ability to speak to customer in APAC region (Predominantly in Aus, NZ, Philipines) in neutral accent.
Need to liaise with multiple parties to seek resolution of long pending issues.
The skill to manage customer relationship while ensuring business objectives are met would be highly sought.
Ability to understand nuances of cash application process would be an advantage.
Skill on prioritization and planning of schedules of calls is required.
