Coordinate with operations to prepare TNA (Training Need Analysis).
Call monitoring and feedback sharing.
Create daily /weekly /monthly reports and decks for reviews.
Customer / Quality Focus, proactive approach to problem identification.
Result Oriented.

Job Responsibilities:
Send out feedback mailers for every call /email audited.
Send out Daily & Weekly Reports to the stake holders.
Send out weekly education mailers/performance reports based on the common areas of opportunity.
RCA of escalation.
Conduct huddles with the agents supported.
Prepare monthly TNI for the employees.
Design and implement strategies to enhance the performance of the agents.
Handle any other associated task that might come up in the day-to-day affairs.
