Urgent Requirement for Trainee Customer Care (Hindi , English , Bangla ,Tamil & Malayalam) on third party payroll for 2 month contract basis employment at our new Delhi Office
Will be responsible for taking/ making calls of the customer .
To manage escalated customers of Sony .
Troubleshooting of Sony products over phone.
Punching the calls in software.
Job Skills:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills, Analytical ability.
Willingness to work in Night/Rotational shifts.
