Has prior experience in international client serving.

For Associate Trainer (Technical):

Minimum 2 years of training experience plus 2 years of ISP, computer hardware, networking / home networking exposure.
         
(Strong with tech knowledge, good understanding of home networking linking it to  multiple latest gadgets)

For Sr.Associate Trainer (Senior Trainer):

Minimum 3 years of training experience plus 2 years of ISP, computer hardware, networking / home networking exposure.

(Strong with Tech, understanding end to end training & capable of TTT workshop for other trainers)

Job Skills:

Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
