Candidate should be a Graduates/PG from a recognized university.

Excellent Communication Skills & Interpersonal Skills.

Should be fluent in English, Hindi & Telugu.

Should be Customer Centricity.

Should have a passport or at least applied for a passport.

Any Under-Graduate(10+2) , Graduate, Post Graduate.

Work Experience  min 6 Months  in any BPO Calling.

Working Days 6 Days a Week & 1 Days Off.

Should be Flexible to work for 24/7 shift.(Rotational Shift & Rotational Week-Off)

Responsible for resolution of issues faced by the customers.

Responsible for Technical Trouble Shooting/ Internet Trouble Shooting.

Quickly and accurately perform multi-tasks like documenting information, seeking information and problem solving.

Work effectively as a team member and facilitate cooperative environment to meet and exceed customer expectations.
