Job Summary:
Candidate
should be a BE/BTech/BSc.
Applicants
with BE/BTech/BSc (Engineering) with at least of 60% aggregate marks or
AMIE/AIETE/AMIICHE with at least of 60% aggregate results in each part by
yourself, in any of the engineering disciplines.
Those
wishing to be screened in on the basis of GATE must have a valid GATE Score in
the same engineering discipline as the qualifying degree discipline. Valid GATE
Score means score of GATE-2013.
Those
having qualifying degree in braches like Automobile, Aerospace, Industrial
Production, Ceramics, Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Dyes &
Dye Intermediates, Electrochemical Engineering, Energy Systems, Oils &
Fats, Paints & Varnishes, Petrochemicals, Plastics, Paper, Sugar
Technology, Textiles, etc, are not eligible.
Those
having MSc (by research) or Phd are not eligible at least of 60% aggregate
results means the marks as per the ordinance of the respective university.
Age.
Limit: As on August 1st 2013, General Category – 26 Years, OBC – 29 Years,
SC/ST – 31 Years, Dependents of those who died in the riots of 1984 (Dep1984) –
31 Years, People domiciled in Kashmir Division of Jammu & Kashmir State
from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989 (Dom Kashmir) – 31 Years, Dependents of Defence
Personnel killed in action (DODPKIA) – 26 Years
Physically
Challenged people of all categories are eligible for age relaxation for age
relaxation of 10 Years.
Job
Salary: OCES Trainee Scientific Officers as well as DGFS fellows are paid
stipend of Rs.20000 PM during the period of their training and a one-time book
allowance of Rs.5000.
Job
Duration: one Year Orientation Course for Engineering Graduates and Science
Post-Graduates for the year 2013 – 2014 (OCES-2013) will be directed at BARC
Training Schools situated at Mumbai, Kalpakkam, Indore and Hyderabad.
Application
Fee: A non-refunable application processing fee of Rs.250/- is chargeable from
the candidates in General and OBC categories. Women applicants (All Categories)
and the applicants belonging to SC/ST and dependents of Defence Personnel
killed in Action (DODPKIA) and physically challenged applicants are exempted
from payment of submission fee by last date is 31/03/2013.
