Handle lost and stolen calls for PLCC/ DC.

Handle Fraud Detection calls for PLCC/DC.

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate accounts & Block/Unblock to prevent fraud.

Handle Customer queries on inbound calls and evaluate information on fraud/non fraud accounts.

Calling out (as and when required) to prevent fraud.

Work on potential fraudulent application & approve/decline them basis verification done.

Job Skills:

Excellent Communication skills.
