the test plans (including identifying test situations/scenarios) for less
complex functions.

and creates test case documentation including data setup, execution steps and
expected results as necessary.
Good
communication skills with exp in customer communication.
Exp
of working in virtual teams.
Exp
in Quality Center.
Exposure
to automation tools like QTP (good to have).
