Job Description:
The Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Analyst role is responsible for the day to day business operation and documentation of the Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (Changepoint) application and environment.
This role also assists in the evaluation, rollout planning, rollout execution, and functional and business testing of the Changepoint application and documentation.
This role is required to interface with all Changepoint users within Enterprises Services, Asia Service Center and Canadian Business areas.
The PPM Analyst also aids with the reporting functions of the Portfolio Management Reporting and Tools Team.
Manage and respond to the day to day Changepoint inquiries, requests and production problems.
Maintain updates to operations documentation.
Run, analyse, action and communicate key Changepoint governance and compliance reports.
Run, analyse, action and communicate key Portfolio Management reports.
Execute regression test model for testing of application fixes/patches and all business owned functions.
Create simple test plans and execute.
Maintain updates to documentation on the Changepoint Self Help intranet site (on the Source).
Assist in the configuration, testing and rollout of new versions/new features.
Assist in business analysis, reporting, testing, communication, and training support for key deliverables within the team.
