Job Description:
Manual Order Entry - Transcription and entry of paper/fax customer purchase orders into MFGPRO/Siebel/Oracle system.
Completely and accurately enter all relevant purchase order data elements including part numbers, shipping and billing information, and any special instructions.
Orders are to be created per documented work instructions.
Quotations – Receive inbound quotation requests from Eaton Sites.
Generate standard quotes using MFGPRO/Siebel/Oracle system.
Completely and accurately enter all relevant data elements including part numbers and any special instructions regarding quantity or pricing.
PO Scanning, Proofing, Downloading PO from Portals and Indexing.
