Job Summary:
Candidate should be a MBA/Any Degree Graduates from a recognized university.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 1 to 4 years’ experience as a Analyst.
Experience in US Healthcare Payer market will be an added advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent team player, effective independent contributor with good interpersonal relationship skills.
Proven track record and ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Must be able to travel as and when needed.
Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past.
Job Description:
Manage product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Accountable to own & maintain the functionalities for assigned modules/group of modules.
Be an expert on assigned product components & understand our competition very well.
Review Gap analysis for assigned projects and projects in pipe and provide expert solution.
Work on Jiva core product track and client specific solutions track side by side.
Deliver product artifacts (BRDs and PRD/FRS).
Provide artifacts walkthrough sessions to all cross functional teams and answer their queries.
Assist in market research, competitors research, policy & tech feasibility impacts.
Work with PD teams to clarify queries, resolve issues & provide solutions.
Work with SME’s to review solutions for ER/CR & NPI’s due to policy & customer practices impact.
Be creative & curious to bring NPI, continuous enhancements.
