Should have strong knowledge on Computer hardware, peripherals, OS & Networks (No Compromise).
Strongly skilled at diagnosing and troubleshooting computer hardware/software issues.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge on Internet (wired & wireless) preferred.
Call taking experience & experience in MS office preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high pressure environment and the ability to adapt to change.
Highly motivated and energetic with fundamental technical knowledge and skills/willing to learn Self- discipline and composure.
