Job Experience: Freshers, 0-3 Years Experience
Job Eligibility: B.E/B.Tech Graduates
Job Summary:
Candidate should be a B.E/B.Tech Graduates from a recognized university.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a computer-related field.
Good at English speaking and writing.
6 months to 1 year of desktop supporting experience in a 100+ users environment will be preferred.

Familiar with Microsoft based products (Microsoft Certifications preferable)
Strong Knowledge of Operating System XP (WIN7 preferable, Macintosh advantage), Office Suite 2003/2007 and variety applications.
Broad functional knowledge of desktop computer hardware and networking principle and system administration & troubleshooting.
Versed in maintenance/diagnosis tools and skilful at troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of Desktop management
Ability to resolve technical complex problems under critical situation
Ability to solve issues by choosing solutions from among several alternatives that are not necessarily governed by established procedures
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work activities, being good team player.
Must be a self-starter that requires only limited supervision/guidance, able to work independently and autonomously
Strong Learning capability and commitment to self-development
Good at English speaking and writing.
