The Front Office Executive should have a pleasant personality and excellent verbal & communication skills.
Should have the ability to listen important messages.
Should be honest, sincere and have sense of integrity.
Presentation skills.
Should be punctual and maintain the discipline of the office.
The Front Office Executive should have the ability to deal with different classes of people since she is the face of an organization.
Should have flair for customer service.
Job Description:
Differentiating the incoming calls and walk-ins and handle them appropriately.
Attending Calls Receiving and responding as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide full information and support to the caller.
Honoring and greeting people who enter the organization and communicate with them in a pleasing manner along with a positive attitude.
Multi tasking, needs to juggle between receiving calls, faxes and at the same time attending the client or customer present physically in office
To perform other administrative work like supervision on Housekeeping, pantry and mail room and other administration purchases viz. stationery items, eatables, flowers or bouquets etc. whenever required
Responsible for maintenance and up keep of Front Office & Cafeteria.
