Job Summary:
Candidate should be BE/BTech/B.Sc/PG from a recognized university.
Achieve 100% Sales budget Month on month and Annually.
Annual Budget as per company norms.
Ensure sales in all product category/market wise/Segment wise as per quarterly sales plan.
Ensure equal or more - sales contribution from the market segments thus operated.
Implement call matrix - minimum 2 New calls and 1 follow up call every day.
Ensure 100% advance collection of one quarter along with purchase order or Rate contract agreement and 100% for the ensuing quarter before supply of material thereof.
All payments shall be through NEFT/RTGS or DD.
Distributor operation - as per channel policy when in vogue.
Product consumption Audit - to be received on or before 1st of every month.
Sales plan - to be received on or before 2nd of every month for the subsequent month.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly contact plan shall be received one week before the start of the month.
Visit report to be submitted within 2 working days of the visit completion.
DARs To be submitted on daily basis.
