Payroll Reconciliations and Loan payment adjustments.
Quality Check on the task processed by the Associates.
Delegating work to the team based on the requirements and SLA.
Ensuring and Reviewing correct measures and action to render 100% customer satisfaction as well as the accuracy.
Preparing and maintaining daily/ Weekly/Monthly Production report, Dash Board and sharing with the management in regards with TAT and SLA.
