Job Description:
Travel to client locations and troubleshoot.
Greeting and attending customers.
Handling customer queries/ issues related to the product through Onsite support.
Installing & troubleshooting hardware & software systems.
Manually setup computer and hardware, install software programs of user, troubleshoot or restore or setup.
Test functionality and assess, solve problems by operating system or related.
Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from field service visits.
Develop Service Technical documentation.
Examine and repair hardware and peripheral components.
Greeting and attending customers.
Handling customer queries/ issues related to the product through Onsite support.
