Job Description:
Understanding all the micro markets of the city from a commercial Real Estate perspective.
Tracking all supply (space available) in existing buildings , upcoming supply (secondary space & New projects) by interacting with all the landlords and developers.
Listing these available options for all Transaction Managers based on the office space requirements of prospective tenants.
Visiting sites at all stages of development, from green field to foundations and completed buildings & writing detailed reports on property for purposes such as rent reviews, investment potential, valuations for mortgages and other purposes, marketability and building surveys.
Regular follow up from landlords to seek information and payment follow ups from Landlords.
