Job Summary:
Candidate should be a Graduate/PG from a recognized university.
Any Graduate OR Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing with 12 months international calling experience Technical Support.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Typing Speed 25 WPM.
Should agree for 40% CS & 60% Sales.
CS & Upselling for DTV.
BE with BPO experience only.
Should be comfortable with US shifts.
Interface with customers via inbound calls/chat & email or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like enterprise servers / cloud computing.
Job Skills:
Excellent Communication skills.
