Job Summary:
Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate
Act as a single point of contact for associates for HR related requirements and associate queries
Implement various associate engagement initiatives within the IBU/Department.
Ensure adequate communication with associates to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes
Facilitating associate communication within the IBU and provides a platform to raise their concerns and opinions through regular HR Meetings, Skips and Coffee Meets.
Facilitating associate development, motivation, engagement and retention through employee development programs and various HR initiatives
Job Description:
Should be proficient with MS Office/Excel
Relevant post-graduation degree/knowledge in HR is an added advantage
Associate Focus - able to respond quickly and positively to associate queries/ issues
Willing to work in a 24x7 environment
Flexibility and Adaptability - able to feel comfortable in a dynamic, constantly changing environment and rise to the challenge when new areas of work present themselves
Teamwork - able to work with different teams and develop strong effective working relationships within and cross functional teams
Communication - able to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
Level of Supervision - able to work proactively and on own initiative without detailed guidance and ability to think through problems logically
Self-motivated team player and a proven leader
