Job Summary:
To
provide contract production support and other documentation service to all
areas of the business, as required.
Basic to intermediate level experience of Word using
tables.
Reasonable standard of numeracy

Job Responsibilities:
To
support the SR internal and external resourcing and sales teams in production
of contract schedules, extensions and terminations using the TriSys recruitment
database with reference to the Peopleclick VMS system.
To
work under the direction of the UK Senior Contract Specialists to ensure that
contracts are produced in a timely manner, accurately and in compliance with SR
business rules and appropriate legislation.
To
maintain accurate and complete pay & bill records in the Talisman financial
system for each working contractor in compliance with SR business rules and
Data Protection legislation.
To
maintain accurate and complete assignment records in the PeopleOne HR system
for each contractor working on internal Steria projects.
To
monitor client and supplier contract portals to accept/reject contract
documentation and escalate issue to Account Manager.
To
link all required documentation received by e-mail to TriSys contractor
records.
To
maintain client and contractor feedback tracking sheets to produce monthly
stats for the Best Practice Team.
Updating
of PeopleOne for all internal contractors – addition of new starters,
extensions and termination of leavers
Requesting
new position numbers in response to the business needs (changes to managers/
departments)
Updating
phone numbers and photos onto PeopleOne for contractors and temps (where
required)
Updating
of temps when required by temp controllers (due to periods of leave/ sickness
or during large updates such as rate changes)
Sending
new starter/ re-hire emails to Joiners team/ CSD etc.
To
update OTL numbers in both TriSys and Talisman systems in respect of new
contractors.
Writing
and maintenance of documentation – process documents etc.
To
provide other ad hoc duties as and when required, as directed by the UK Team.
Job Skills:
Excellent Communication skills.
Hours of Work
2 rotating shifts of:
8.00am – 4.30pm (UK time)
9.30am – 6.00pm (UK time)
