Associate position to join our Pune office. Qualified candidates will possess
the skills detailed below and relevant work experience.
The Helpdesk Associate support the work activities
of handling 1st level support calls from all ZS Offices worldwide and
maintaining a user environment consisting of laptop and desktop computers
running the standard suite of business applications.
This position requires strong work experience and
the ability to work independently in each of the following functions:
Trouble shooting related problems over phone and
remotely
Complete some administrative tasks, such as tracking
help desk call process, assisting with organizational efforts and asset
management
Working in shifts.
IT team projects as assigned.
