Job Responsibilities:
Identify
training needs using surveys and liaisons with managers.
Create
and maintain a training plan for the organization.
Ensure
that the plan is executed per a proposed/approved training calendar.
Lead
a team of trainers and guide them on what needs to be delivered per your
approved training plan.
Guide/aid
in creating and deploying e-Learning modules per the needs of the organization.
Guide/aid
in delivering classroom modules per the needs of the organization.
Take
responsibility of ensuring that deliverables are met.
Explore
and organize different kinds of training methodologies/offerings from time to
time.
Create
and deliver training in area of his/her expertise.
Evaluate
performance of programs and instructors.
Provide
recommendations for improvement.
Mentor
and develop junior trainers in the team.
