    Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.

    Excellent communication skills.

    Creativity to conceptualize and develop creative and interactive training sessions.

    Technical Expertise: Advanced PowerPoint and Excel.

    Sound knowledge of Management Concepts.

    Minimum 1 years of experience as a Asst. Manager Training.

    Enthusiasm, a strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.

    Commitment to the timely completion of tasks: meet the constraints of cost, time and the project in hand.

    Critical Thinking -- Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

    Complex Problem Solving -- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

    Proactive to present ideas/concepts for various occasions and events.

    Efficient People’s Manager.

    Excellent Public Speaking Skills.

    Prior experience as an Assistant Manager, an additional experience of being a management trainer will be desirable.

    Have developed and conducted a range of training sessions/plans.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Identify training needs using surveys and liaisons with managers.

    Create and maintain a training plan for the organization.

    Ensure that the plan is executed per a proposed/approved training calendar.

    Lead a team of trainers and guide them on what needs to be delivered per your approved training plan.

    Guide/aid in creating and deploying e-Learning modules per the needs of the organization.

    Guide/aid in delivering classroom modules per the needs of the organization.

    Take responsibility of ensuring that deliverables are met.

    Explore and organize different kinds of training methodologies/offerings from time to time.

    Create and deliver training in area of his/her expertise.

    Evaluate performance of programs and instructors.

    Provide recommendations for improvement.

    Mentor and develop junior trainers in the team.

    Job Skills:

    Excellent Communication skills.
