Handling
entire recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target
hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates on international platforms.
Must
have good presentation & team building skills.
Usage
of all portals like portals- dice, corp-corp, monster, internet sourcing,
networking, employee referrals, cold calls and direct mailing.
Negotiating
& Finalizing salary/rate/hr aspects (W2 & Corp-Corp) with U.S.
Citizens, GC, H1B’s etc.
