is a key role within the team with a focus on daily production support of our
critical systems.
This
role requires a candidate with strong production support skills, excellent
communication skills and basic programming/debugging skills, with a strong
desire to work as part of a dynamic environment.
The
successful candidate will have to:
Provide
production support for various batch processes and trading applications.
Work
closely with the various business IT teams to quickly resolve/escalate issues.
Enjoy
learning and developing infrastructure related solutions.
Play
a key role in the continuous enhancement of production monitoring and checkout
processes.
Be
strong team player, be highly motivated, keen to take on responsibility, be
able to work independently and successfully manage and maintain a high workload
in a busy environment.
Solid
Production Support Skills.
Good
Debugging Skills in a programming language like Java, C#, C++ or C.
Good
working knowledge of Linux.
Highly
Motivated and capable of working under pressure.
Strong
team player & Strong communicator
Knowledge
of fixed income products would be a plus.

Production Services Group is a rapidly expanding technology team within FICC
technology, providing production support services and technical solutions to
various desk IT teams within FICC Technology.
We
perform eod-of-day support where we work with downstream IT teams and
ready-for-business support where we interact with various front-office IT
teams.
We
also develop various applications and frameworks that help us provide proactive
monitoring and automation capabilities.
