In
this position, you will provide telephone support to assist customers and PTC
field staff with the installation, use, and customization of Windchill
Workgroup Managers and ProductView.
Job Responsibilities:
Research
customer issues by working with multiple software packages as well as other PTC
departments.
Develop
expert communication skills and a technical understanding for both Windows and
UNIX Operating Systems, a variety of CAD and data management products, and
internet technologies.
Ideal
Candidates will possess the following:
Strong
computer skills, experience with CAD, exposure to UNIX and Windows.
Degree
in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or similar field.
Preferably,
candidates will also have some experience and/or exposure to Java.
Knowledge
of network security (firewalls, SSL, etc.) is a plus.
