Job Description:
Recruitment.
Sourcing, Identifying new vendor & driving employee referrals in closing the required numbers with in the TAT.
Will work to achieve towards a conducive environment for employee satisfaction ensuring discipline and hygiene is maintained at workplace.
Proactively Connecting with employees to control attrition.
Partner with Recruitment as a New Joiners SPOC in Induction.
Partner with C&B for Performance Management Process Co-ordination (Confirmation, Anniversary, Annual Appraisals), Bank Account formalities, IJP/Transfer Letters of stakeholders.
Data Management.
