from our Coimbatore Office.
Job Description:
Ensure
the adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned
client requirements in a timely manner.
Should
have ability and interest to manage/work on HR Consulting, Recruitment,
Staffing, Training and Development activities.
Should
have ability to manage Human Capital branch as full time employee cum partner
or franchisee partner.
Search
resumes in various available Job Portals.
Match
the Profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
Conducts
initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensure
candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
Negotiates
salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies
and close the position.
Act
as first point-of-contract for consultant and maintains monthly contract with
consultant.
