Walk-in for technical test on 30 th April 2013 between 10 AM to 4 PM at below address;
Job Responsibilities:
Attending Technical queries of domestic customer preferably related to virus or antivirus with time bound solutions and proficient manner.
Provide support to customer through phone,remote and on-site visit by using strong analytical skill.
Escalate the unresolved problems to next level i.e.either Core support or QA team.
Strong observation and analytical skills to troubleshoot the virus problems.
Collecting the new virus samples/suspicious files found at customer end & submit them to Malware Research Team.
May require to give technical presentations on pubic platforms as and when required.
