Graduate mandatory- Preferably Regular Degree.
Diploma/Degree/Certifications in Secretarial courses preferred.
1-5 years of relevant experience in a large corporate environment preferred. Customer Service experience a plus.
Must have excellent computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access and other computer software.
Strong knowledge of firm systems and an understanding business needs of the functions supported is a plus.
Task oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize effectively while working on multiple tasks.
Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow through skills.
Must have good writing, grammar and proofreading skills.
Should have ability to write/answer correspondence.
Effective communication skills and ability to exhibit excellent customer service; great interpersonal skills is a must.
Positive, professional attitude and presence, ability to interact with many levels both inside and outside the Firm, including support of visitors from other offices.

Job Description:
Service Center Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to Senior Managers and Managers in a Service Center in (Hyderabad) office under supervision of the AA Supervisor/Manager.
Scheduling conference calls, Live Meetings, and other conference-related activities.
Manage calendars using MS Outlook.
Make travel arrangements.
Compose memos, letters, e-mails, and other correspondence with little or no guidance.
Prepare reports/analyze data using Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and others as needed).
Create reports, invoices, setup clients/projects in DPS, make outstanding adjustments, write-offs and also make modifications to clients/projects, as per client needs.
Create Request for Payment using the APNET, obtain approval for RFPs and submission for payment.
Transcription of audio/video files and closed captioning.
Gather and compile information using Deloitte-specific or other search engines.
Provide text input and formatting services with adherence to firm/client standards using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Create documents per specified templates and create new styles and formats based on client requirements.
Work with tables, charts, mailing lists (mail merge), envelopes and labels, and perform basic Web searches.
Ability to comprehend complex instructions related to the U.S. audit processes.
Work with formulae in spreadsheets.
Transcribe audio/video files using closed captioning.
