Job Summary:
Candidate
should be a Any Graduates from a recognized university.
System Analyst - MIS Executive-BPO:
Preparing and maintaining Daily/Weekly /Monthly Reports.
Report to Assistant Manager and ensure all the reports and analysis goes on TAT.
Data extraction from Dialer application.
Candidate will be responsible for data collection, sorting & generating MIS.
Tracking agent wise, TL wise and campaign wise performance.
Compiling daily/weekly/monthly reports and sending it to Clients/Operations.
Modify the MIS and applications as per needs.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel, excellent numerical ability & Analytical skills, Proficient in using email.
Should be Experience in BPO Industry.
