Mapping of Market and prepare business development strategies (Major International Market).
Lead generation and conversion of lead into sales using any communication media like email, phone etc.
Following up with the clients on a regular basis.
Responding to customer queries.
Build rapport and work effectively with all team members and our clients.
Responsible for handling complete account of a client.
Ability to work independently & handle work pressure efficiently.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking with clients on phone, email, skype etc.
Problem solving skills.
Self Sufficient and organized.
