Job Summary:
Candidate should be a CA with knowledge of SAP is preferred.
Working capital management (Both fund based and non fund based with consortium bankers)..
Cash flow preparation, Financials preparations (both quarterly and annually).
Aixed asset accounting and maintenance with physical verification.
Application of various laws on day to day activities (Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Company Law, etc.).
Servicing foreign currency debts.
Analysis of various expenses, advances, etc.
Should have knowledge of comprehending contracts.
Preparation of monthly MIS.
Budgeting and Annual Operating Plan Preparation and consolidation.
Processing of invoice, BRS and mont end activities.
Dealing with bankers for fund disbursement.
Job Description:
Ensure Efficient Utilization of resources assigned.
Ensure management of approvals and permits from local/statutory authorities.
Oversee generation of periodic MIS representing progress status and advise on alternate solution to the unresolved issues.
Identify and quantify the risks for taking collaborative decisions with senior management of the business.
Provide leadership in the exchange of knowledge relating to best, current international practice and in identification and analysis of trends.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, private professional bodies.
Conduct progressive staff performance and development evaluations.
