Job Description:
Documentation Maintain log sheet of routine checks of all Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Services in a store.
Track and record details of assets at the store Record outward and inward movement of capital assets from the store Prepare Boqs for requests received from stores (for damages), allocate vendors and be responsible for Repairs.
Prepare Boqs for sectional changes if any ,addition of categories resulting in fixture requests.
Infrastructure Support and Maintenance Assist the Store Manager in routine up keeping of the store Dismantle and assemble fixture and organize for proper packaging and transfer of the same if required.
Regulate the order for lamps and chokes on requests from stores Co-ordinate for all High side service elements in the buildings or with the Mall as the case may be.
Adopt the comprehensive safety and maintainance checklist on the suggested periodicals.
Ensure all essential services in the store are on Annual Maintenance Contracts.
Audits Ensure to audit stores for Capital assets every 3 Months Identify aging interiors, spaces and services in stores and regulate renovations Co-ordinate with project planning for implementation of floor plan updating Ensure visits from agencies for services on Amcs.
