Should have knowledge & relevant experience in recruiting for core Voice Process, BPO profiles for all levels.
To involve in Behavioral and Competency based Interviewing & partnering with Hiring Managers for appropriate hiring decisions.
Good in Domain specific or skill specific, good in Market mapping.
Should have more than 1 years of experience in BPO recruitment.
Experience in hiring for Voice process. Staffing/Consultancy/BPO experience will be added advantage.
Should have good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to Multi-Tasking and prioritize requirements and has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter.
Candidate must have Excellent English communication both oral & written.
