Job Summary:

Candidate should be a BBA/BCom/BA/BSc Graduates  from a recognized university.

Graduates in Science, Arts, Commerce & Administration stream (B.Com / B.A / B.Sc./ BBA).

0-1 year of experience with Good written and oral communication skills.

Flexible working in shifts. Preferably night shifts.

Backend/Non-Voice Process.

Proficiency in MS-Office, Internet usage and other web-based applications.

Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimum supervision.

Ability to detect errors.

Responsible for ongoing delivery of services with quality.

Update documentation of SOP and operating instructions.

Responsible for peer review of transactions.

Updation of process task sheet/documentation for his/her own tasks.

Assist new people in understanding the process/tools.

All other tasks as assigned.

Job Skills:

Excellent Communication skills.
