1 - 3 years experience in infrastructure operations
Should have experience in Installation & Support and Trouble shooting of OS - Windows installation and administration, Networking – LAN and network cabling, Desktop office suits, HW Support and Troubleshooting – PCs, Servers, Printers and Scanners
Should possess good knowledge of Software licensing and Asset inventory processes
The incumbent is expected to possess the following behavioural skills:

Manages inventory of hardware (desktop) and inspects incoming material
Participates in Systems and Network implementation planning
Installs hardware and software and supports help desk activities
Installs various software packages under Windows platforms
Installs Anti-Virus and other Desktop utility software as per the organisation allocation policy
Performs preventive / break-down maintenance services as assigned
Supports Network cabling issues
Participates in Systems and Network implementation planning
