Should be comfortable with flexible shift timings.
Adapt the global reporting strategy to support reporting needs and requirements.
Create monthly reporting packs.
Manage & leverage information across various data sources.
Develop reporting solutions by integrating data from different data sources using SQL, excel , access, SAS and available BI tools like micro strategy.
Create and maintain SOP documentation for all process specific tasks.
