Job Summary:

Candidate Should be done BCom/BA/BBA Graduates from a recognized university.

Sourcing relevant profiles through in-house database, using portals, referrals, Social media, head hunting etc.

Employing different strategies for recruitment.

Conducting telephonic interviews.

Ability to negotiate commercials in screening round.

Building strong pipeline of relevant profiles by doing extensive calling.

Database Management.

Ability to achieve set goals within deadlines.
