Job Summary:
Candidate should be a Any Graduate/PG from a recognized university.
Receiving enquiries, complaints, comments and requests from Customers by means of correspondence which are generated from Capital One Systems.
Receiving and handling correspondence from merchants.
Thoroughly read the case and review the account history to truly understand the issue Customer needs resolving (back office only).
Resolving Customer requirements through first contact resolution.
Resolving future Customer requirements by thinking ahead.
Proving clear explanations so that the Customer understands the Information that the Associate wishes to convey.
Effectively communicate with Customers to inspire confidence.
