Job Summary:
Minimum 1 Year of E-Mail Correspondence Experience in any industry.
Any Graduate (B.E/B.Tech also can apply).
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
1 year of experience in handling e-mail correspondence in any industry.
Role is to provide e-mail correspondence support to Enterprise Customers along with Close Looping & Service Request Closure as and when required.
Work Location: Tech Mahindra, Viman Nagar, Giga Space, Pune.

Good comprehension & interpretation skills to understand customer issues/complaints and respond in accordance.
