Job Summary:
Candidate should be a Any Graduate/PG from a recognized university.
Minimum 6 months experience in International Voice process with a BPO.
Should possess good communication skills.
Excellent communication, Interpersonal and presentation skills.
Must possess excellent listening skills & should have an inclination towards resolving the customer problems.

CMMI Level 5 Co.- 20 Openings.
Provide customer support/query handling services to the clients by taking the calls in English.
Resolve customer queries within the assigned TAT.
Adhere to the Login hrs & maintain the desired AHT Levels.
Ensure optimum level of Quality over the calls.
This is 3 months Contractual process.
