Job Summary:
Candidate should be Any Graduates from a recognized university.

2+ years equivalent working experience in customer support required, preferably in customer support via social channels, email, or forums.
Strong interpersonal skills & Excellent communication skills (written and oral, in English), impeccable grammar , strong attention to detail, and the ability to write in a brand's voice are all required.
Experience representing a company , brand, or product on forums, blogs or social media.
Proven good judgment in navigating and resolving sensitive situations.
Basic knowledge of Google Products like Google Play, Google keep, Google forms , about cloud & drive storage.
Technical background is required, basic software knowledge, SQL , JAVA scripts, HTML and CSS or Spreadsheets, Excel, App Script, Java Script
Excellent knowledge on MS office - (excel, ppt, ms word,).

Job Description:
The resource would connect with people looking for help or education in our product forums. Provide the best experience one can by resolving issues, listening to feedback, and sharing tips & tricks on the forums.
The resource will support by communicating with customers on the blogs & forums , maintaining highest level of quality standards.
You would be working as a subject matter expert assisting the group on product related and other general customer queries.
You would also be required to work as a front line analyst assisting the users with their queries.
Answer customers questions and support queries about products.
Will troubleshoot with users and process suggestions, bugs, and other information to ensure we are constantly improving the user experience.
Track trends/feedback for the products we support; Troubleshoot and appropriately escalate issues.
Follow and maintain operational documentation , including approved messaging.
Assist with projects/special reporting as needed.
