ICICI Lombard Walk-In Interview Hiring Voice-Telecalling For Any Graduate On 17th to 18th Oct 2016 at Hyderabad/Secunderabad
To handle inbound or outbound calls.
Identifying, Handling and resolving customer queries and concerns while maintaining expected quality as per ICICI Lombard on call, chat or email.
Documenting / Recording transactions and the necessary follow-up requests with other functions by completing forms and record logs.
Understanding multiple products and processes.
Influencing customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
