Working knowledge of running and configuring windows & Linux (Ubuntu) on Desktop & Laptop PCs.
Keeping all the systems up to date with patches and security fixes.
Provide technical support to Users.
Advanced knowledge of registry, permissions, and drivers and software required.
Work with vendors to analyze and troubleshoot solutions.
Analyze and troubleshoot windows/Linux software Issues.
Analyze and troubleshoot Network and server connectivity issues.
Linux & Ubuntu knowledge is Compulsory
Perform and support integration testing as required.
