Job Summary:

Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge on Server Technologies.
Knowledge on Network Technologies.
Prior IT experience.
Preferably Graduation in Computer Science/Engineering.
Ability to grasp concepts quickly.
NOC alerts monitoring and escalation to respective teams.
Backups Monitoring and Reporting.
Generate weekly/monthly availability and capacity reports.
Provide Mailbox management for Service Desk.
