Job Summary:
Candidate should be a Any Degree Graduates from a recognized university.
Possesses good written and oral communication skills
System Lifecycle Methodology experience preferred
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
Self-driven and motivated software developer that takes pride in the development of high quality, on time, within budget projects
Good technical and business writing skills
Knowledge of best practices for user interface design
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to learn and use modeling languages when / where required
Ability to learn and use graphical design and prototyping tools when / where required
Negotiation and customer management skills
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and business concepts to technical audiences
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients
