New Hire batches to complete Process training with a minimum average score of 95%.
Deliver Training requirements timely and qualitatively.
Completion of Strategic Initiative Projects within the allotted deadlines.
Conduct Gap and Training Need Analysis within assigned processes and conduct refresher training as required
Initiate process improvements.
Review and recommend improvement of training content.
Timely completion of assigned projects.
Review & recommend changes to training content.
Initiate process improvements.
Effectively Reduce Training cycle.
