International BPO voice experience preferred.

Minimum qualification required: HSC passed

Should be BE/Btech/Msc/MTech/MCA/BSc/BCA.

Job Description:

Hiring for US inbound customer service process for a premium gift card client.

Answering inbound calls and resolving customer queries regarding their gift cards.

Shift Timings 24 by 7.

Weekly offs: any two days in a week.

Transport provided for night shifts.

Job Skills:

Excellent Oral & written communication skills.
